Thirteen years ago something strange and magical happened to me.  I started what some people would refer to as my spiritual awakening that has changed my life completely and launched me on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance, forgiveness, peace, and understanding.  It has been an amazingly, heart-wrenching, painful, and blissful path, that I continue to embrace whole-heartedly each and every day.  Through constant intention of my attention I continue to strengthen the bond with my Spirit every single day. It has guided me from the Southeast to the Northwest of the US leading me to where I am meant to be to serve others on their journey.  Awakening to my soul's calling opened me up for a life of continual  healing, transformation, and alignment with who I truly am.  I believe every soul deserves to feel at peace, aligned, and awakened to their innate wisdom. My mission is to create sacred spaces where deep healing and transformation can occur 

I have been a corporate leader in change management over the past 20 years.  Having learned change management principles and tools to create successful sustainable change in businesses, I listened to Spirit's call to take incorporate this knowledge into personal transformation for myself and others.  Hearts-Awakened LLC combines a holistic approach with change management principles to assist and support you with your awakening heart.

It begins with excavating who we think we are, to discover who we truly are.  My services provides you the support and safe space needed so you can trust your guidance from within to uncover and release the misbeliefs and wounds holding you back from living your most authentic life.  Through guided journeys, energy alignment, and intuitive support, I help clients make positive lasting life changes.
