The individual coaching works to engage your mind and help you connect with your most authentic self. While I am here to help and guide you on this journey, much of the work requires looking within yourself and digging deep into your past as well as future goals. This is an interactive experience that requires commitment and trust. 

YES! Just like any other individual professional services, everything discussed one-on-one is kept between us. Never is your information shared or discussed with another party.

I offer a free 20 minute consultation to determine your goals and expected outcomes. From there we develop a coaching plan that fits your individual needs. At the end of the consultation, we will discuss session costs before proceeding further.

Everyone will begin noticing changes at different times. Being each client has unique goals and needs, results will depend vastly on individual commitment in and out of each session.
